Oh Deer! Gardening Near the Foothills

Sierra Laverty, Adult Education Specialist

🌿🌿🌿

Our furry friends are fun to watch…but wait…is that my tulip she’s munching on?! During the online portion of this fun, fast-paced class we’ll review the myths and facts behind what deer, marmots, rabbits and voles really like to eat, how to protect your plants, and gardening responsibly near our treasured foothills. In the optional second session, 20 folks will get a “behind-the-scenes” in-person tour at the Idaho Botanical Garden, where we’ll see firsthand how our team keeps plants alive despite our fluffy neighbors.

 In Person:

Tuesday, July 28 • 6:30 pm – 8:00 p.m.

Registrants will receive a Zoom link in their receipt

Member: $15 ● Non-member: $25
