Garden Yoga and Meditation

Spend three days in the blissfully blooming English Garden, learn yoga poses to release the tension in your spine from tail to top. This opens you to your own inner bliss. A meditation period culminates in each class. These progressive classes provide instruction so you may continue these practices at home.
