Learn how to safely dehydrate food with Dave Hopkins, using research-based food preservation information. Dave will cover dehydration techniques, supplies needed, the importance of using a research-based recipe, and where to find the information. Dave will also give you tips on how to incorporate your dehydrated goods into your everyday recipes.
