Ryan Marsh

Ryan Marsh is in his last year of the Creative Writing Department at BSU. He is an avid fan of golf, tumbling rocks, and taking his bike for a ride. He has recently become a fan of birding and is excited to grow his “pokedex.” He writes poetry and essays mostly, but enjoys the thrills of fiction.

Meredith Higgins

Meredith Higgins considers us chefs and ingredients of an unfathomable Earth soup. Through the transformative capacities of language, she invites us to dissolve into the grace of warm bellies.

Tomas Baiza

Tomas Baiza is originally from San José, California, and now lives in Boise, Idaho, where writes and has served as a staff editor for The Idaho Review. His work has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize and Best American Short Stories anthologies, and has appeared in various print and online anthologies and journals.

Tomas’s first novel, Delivery: A Pocho’s Accidental Guide to College, Love, and Pizza Delivery, and his short-fiction collection, A Purpose to Our Savagery, are forthcoming on Running Wild/RIZE Press.

The series will take place in our Meditation Garden and the shady, expansive green area that surrounds it. At this time, we will not have vendors at this event. Visitors are welcome to bring in their own food and non-alcoholic beverages.

*** Please help us keep the garden clean by packing in and packing out your picnic!

In order to allow artists and attendees 6′ – 10′ between themselves and others, attendance will be limited to these events. Please be mindful of other guests and practice social-distancing at all times.
