Beekeeping 102: How to Keep Your Bees Alive! (What I wish I would have known)

Saturday, February 09th 2019 • 1:00pm - 3:00pm

INSTRUCTOR: Mark Nagel, 720 Apiaries
COST: IBG Member: $12 • Non-Member: $17
LOCATION: Classroom
(Beekeeping 101 is not a requirement to attend this class)

One key to being a successful beekeeper is thinking months in advance to mitigate the problems you will encounter today.  This class is a follow up to Beekeeping 101 where we discussed how to start beekeeping.  It will cover the things you should be thinking about as soon as Spring starts and you have just obtained your first bees….or have successfully overwintered your bees setting you up for a productive honey harvest.
