Parking is limited. Concert goers are encouraged to go green and ride their bicycles to the show. Bike parking will be available on site and one free Great Garden Escape Concert Series or Uncorked in the Garden ticket will be provided to those who choose to bike to the concerts and use the bike parking area (availability is limited). Carpooling is also appreciated.

There is a free shuttle service to and from downtown Boise located on 8th St and Broad, on the corner by PF Changs restaurant.

Buses will leave every 20 minutes before and after concert:
4:30pm to 7:15pm / 9pm to 10pm or when no more riders appear.

All Outlaw Field Concerts will proceed rain or shine, so please dress accordingly.

If you have not picked up your tickets, or if you selected 'will call' online at ticketweb.com, they will be available at the Will Call table located in front of the Garden office starting at 4:00pm on the afternoon of the concert. A valid ID is required for pick-up.

The Garden will be closed for regular admission to the public on concert days.

Purchasing Tickets

There is no better time to become a Garden member or renew your membership to ensure that you don't miss first notices and concert ticket pre-sale and discount opportunities. As a Garden member, be the first to buy Outlaw Field tickets and get a special, Garden members only, $5 discount on up to 4 tickets per concert! (not all concerts apply for discount)

Please note that Garden Event vouchers and passes are not valid for Outlaw Field Concerts.

There are three easy ways to buy tickets.

Online: www.TicketWeb.com
Purchasers ordering online will have the option to have tickets mailed to them or to pick up tickets at the Will Call open only on the night of the concert (available beginning 1 hour before concert gates open and located in front of Garden office - must bring valid ID/credit card).

NOTE:Members purchasing tickets ONLINE will receive their discount only during pre-sales by entering the text IBG followed immediately after by a unique Member ID(found on membership card) for the promotional code. If you are a new member, you may contact the Garden directly to purchase tickets. After the pre-sale has ended, members may still purchase their discounted tickets by calling or visiting the IBG Administrative office, Monday - Friday, 9am-4pm (limit 4 per member, per concert.)

Tickets purchased directly through the Garden will not be mailed but will be held at the Garden Administrative Office available for pick up during office hours on weekdays or during Garden hours, 9am - the earlier of dusk or 9pm on weekends (starting March 16) in the kiosk (Garden will-call does not include tickets purchased online through ticketweb.com - tickets purchased online will be available 1 hour before concert gates open at table in front of Garden office.)

Garden members enjoy additional special benefits at the Outlaw Field concerts. Show your Idaho Botanical Garden membership card to enjoy a members-only entrance line staffed by friendly Garden volunteers, sign up at the Garden member’s booth for special passes to other Garden events, and more.

Members Only VIP Concert Seating

The Idaho Botanical Garden offers a limited number of reserved premium locations to enjoy the Outlaw Field Summer Concert Series. Your group will not have to worry about early arrival to secure some of the best seats in the Garden. VIP seating also offers the additional comforts of a table to eat your snacks on and beverage service comes right to your table!

Comfortable garden furniture features both tall and small chairs with tables

VIP spaces may not be available for all concerts. Garden Membership offers VIP Seating options, in addition to discounts on Outlaw Field Summer Concert admission tickets. VIP spaces can only be purchased through the Idaho Botanical Garden Administrative office.

Office Hours Monday – Friday 9am-4pm. Reserved tables and canopy sponsor reservations need to be made in advance and cannot be purchased day of concert or at the door. (208) 343-8649.

To the neighbors and surrounding community of the Idaho Botanical Garden:

On occasion attendance at Garden events creates an a higher than normal traffic pattern. We have created an e-mail notification system to provide advance notice of possible congestion. Please sign up for the "Large Event Notification" e-mail list to be notified of upcoming events in addition to a forwarded reminder on the day of the event. We hope you can use this to minimize the inconvenience these events may cause.
