Get Involved in the Scarecrow Stroll!

Be inspired by the creativity of our community for the entire month of October. Our 10th annual Scarecrow Stroll will be our biggest yet and we invite you to participate!

Make a Scarecrow
Use your imagination and get creative! This year we’re giving you full creative license for family-friendly scarecrow designs. Just fill out an entry form! All scarecrows subject to IBG approval. The deadline for submission is September 15th.

Tour the Garden
Scarecrows will be displayed throughout the Garden during the month of October. Visit the Garden and vote for your favorite designs! The winner will receive a prize plus free entry for the following year.

Scarecrows may be found peeping out around the trees and shrubs welcoming guests to the Garden during the Scarecrow Stroll occurring in October! Members and guests of all ages can join in on the fun by voting on their favorite.

Hours:

October 1-31, 2017

Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Friday-Sunday: 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Businesses, organizations, non-profits, community organizations and local families can create unique scarecrows which may be found throughout the Garden grounds! Stroll through the Garden and choose your favorite scarecrow.

Scarecrow Stroll takes place during regular Garden hours throughout the month of October with price of regular admission.


Admission:

Adults: $7
Youth (5-12 ): $5
Child (4 & Younger): Free
Garden Members: Free
