Idaho Botanical Garden

Mindfulness is focusing completely on the present moment with fresh awareness.  Rooted in Buddhism, research has shown that it increases our perception of beauty and emotional regulation and decreases stress, anxiety, depression, and pain.  Let the beauty of the garden be your gateway to learning this valuable skill, and leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.  Bring a chair or blanket, we will be sitting and walking. Class is limited to 15 participants.

Cost: IBG Member: $17, Non-member: $27   – covers all 4 classes on Monday, September 8, 6:30 p.m.; Monday, September 29, 6:30 p.m.; Saturday, October 11, 1 p.m.; Saturday, November 8, 1 p.m.
