Introduction to Meditation

Meditation makes you feel better, in a multitude of ways. Whether you are looking to lower your blood pressure or turn down the volume in your mind, meditation helps. Learn an easy and effective meditation tool and establish an ongoing practice. The crazy world around you won’t change, but you will!

Bring a journal and pen.

Three part class. Part II on 6/15 at 1:30 p.m. and Part III on 6/22 at 1:30 p.m.
