Have you ever considered making an insect collection or just getting out into the field to find insects to learn what they are doing? Paul has been hunting, collecting and studying insects for over 50 years. During that time he learned many of the traditional methods, experimented with some and came up with some tweaks and shortcuts to make them work even better. This class will cover 1) how and where to find insects, 2) how to collect them, 3) how to process them for building (and properly maintaining) a scientifically valuable collection and 4) how to identify specimens.
