The Idaho Botanical Garden is bringing back the summer drive-in atmosphere with Garden Cinema. Bring a blanket and come out to the Garden as we host a variety of movies on the giant-outdoor-big-screen. Come early to enjoy a picnic dinner in the Garden. Vendors on site offer dinner, adult refreshments, and movie snacks.

Please pack in and pack out your picnic fun.

Low back chairs are permitted in all areas. Taller chairs are permissible at the back or far sides of the viewing area. Please ask a Garden staff person for details on appropriate locations.

Parking is free.

Movies play select Fridays, July – September.

Event times:
Gate opens at 8 p.m. with movies beginning at dusk.


Garden Cinema is a free movie event, but tickets are limited. Please RSVP by reserving your ticket online or by phone at 208-343-8649.

For online reservations, e-tickets will arrive in a separate e-mail after the confirmation e-mail.
