Fall Harvest Festival

Date(s) - Sat 3 Oct - Sun 4 Oct
12:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Idaho Botanical Garden

Celebrate autumn at the Fall Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 3 and Sunday, October 4 from Noon – 6:00pm at the Idaho Botanical Garden.  The family-friendly event celebrates the changing season with live music, wagon rides, the Scarecrow Stroll, and kids’ activities.  Guests can shop in the artist market which features a variety of art from local artisans, or purchase fall plants to support the Garden!

Fall is a great time to plant your perennials! Fall is often a better time to plant perennials in Southwestern Idaho as plants have the opportunity to establish their root system throughout the fall and winter and be well more mature and better able to handle the heat of the following summer. Also, there is typically a little more moisture available for establishment.

The Garden will be selling perennials, predominantly drought-tolerant, and we are offering some plants native to this region. We have flowering herbaceous perennials as well as some yuccas and small trees. There will be limited quantities of everything.

The Garden will be closed for general admission before and after the event times. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
