Seven local brewers are participating: Sockeye Brewing, Edgebrew, Cloud 9, Sawtooth, Payette, Woodland Empire and Crooked Fence.

Activity Details:

  • In the upper Vegetable Garden, guests can wander through the pumpkin patch and pick one to paint and take home.  Or, guests can watch pumpkins sail through the sky as the Discovery Center of Idaho tests the laws of physics with their pumpkin trebuchet.  (A trebuchet is a type of catapult that uses counter weights.)
  • Free children’s activities include wagon rides, mini-straw maze, cornhusk people craft, and face painting.  Families may bring their cameras and capture the perfect photo beside the artfully arranged pumpkin, haystack and corn husk backdrop.
