The Idaho Botanical Garden requires the location credit “Idaho Botanical Garden, Boise, ID” in all uses of Garden photos in print, on the web, in broadcast, or in any other public medium.
NEW FOR SUMMER 2015 – Recently, the Garden has made changes to our hospitality guidelines. The new guidelines, driven entirely by our insurance carrier and Idaho State Laws, do effect what items may be brought into the Garden by patrons. Guests may no longer bring in their own alcoholic beverages; adult beverages may only be served by appropriately licensed vendors. While it is difficult for the Garden to tell our patrons they are no longer allowed to bring in their own beer and wine, it is important we comply with state laws and ensure the safety of our guests.
